Ridiculously Easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies (Gluten-Free!)

by Judy Goudy

There’s something about brownies that takes me straight back to childhood, standing on my tiptoes in the kitchen, waiting for that fudgy goodness to cool.

These days, I keep it simple but just as indulgent—because who has time for a dozen ingredients?

These 3-ingredient Nutella brownies are my go-to for quick, gluten-free comfort. They’re so easy, you’ll wonder why you ever made brownies any other way!

Tips

  • Substitutions: No Nutella? Use any gluten-free chocolate hazelnut spread. Need it dairy-free? Grab a vegan hazelnut spread and a flax egg substitute (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5 tbsp water per egg).
  • Extra Chocolatey: Toss in a handful of gluten-free chocolate chips before baking.
  • Serving: Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with melted chocolate, or add a dollop of whipped cream for extra flair. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Description

These quick and gluten-free Nutella brownies require only 3 simple ingredients and 25 minutes. Fudgy, rich, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the hassle!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Nutella (make sure it’s gluten-free!)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Prep Your Tools: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Makes clean-up a breeze!
  • Mix It Up: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and eggs. Stir with a whisk or spatula until smooth and glossy. Gradually fold in the flour until you have a thick, fudgy batter.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center looks slightly underdone (it’ll set as it cools!).
  • Cool: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh eggs for the best texture. Check your hazelnut spread to ensure it’s gluten-free.
